(JASPER, IN) - Two men face charges for allegedly accessing the computer systems at a Jasper, Indiana company without authorization.
45-year-old Scott Burgess of Jasper and 39-year-old Walter Puckett of Kentucky were indicted Thursday for computer intrusion.
The indictment alleges the men accessed the Stens Corporation computer systems on 12 different occasions for the purpose of gaining commercial and personal financial benefit.
Timothy Morrison, United States Attorney Southern District of Indiana, says Burgess and Puckett were working for a business competitor of Stens at the time of the intrusions.
