(SALEM, IN) - A 28-year-old Campbellsburg woman was arrested Tuesday for stealing blank prescription forms from her dentists office.
According to the Indiana State Police, Lisa Hall had a dentist's appointment Tuesday and at some point during the appointment, the woman allegedly stole a blank controlled substance prescription from the dental office.
Hall then attempted to get medications from the stolen prescription at a Salem pharmacy.
Police were waiting near the drive-through of the pharmacy to arrest the woman.
Inside the vehicle, police located the controlled substances, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Hall was charged with legend drug violation, a Class D felony; possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, a Class D felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony; possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
