(BLOOMFIELD, IN) - Alcohol and a cell phone are being blamed for an early Saturday morning car wreck in Greene County.
A Bloomington woman ran her car off the road and hit a ditch early Saturday morning after she reportedly reached down to get her cell phone.
29-year-old Emilee A. Wyatt of Bloomington declined any medical attention at the scene and instead was transported to the Greene County Sheriff's Department on suspicion of operating her vehicle while intoxicated.
Wyatt was given a standardized field sobriety test and BAC (blood-alcohol content) test, both of which she failed.
Texting while driving was the cause of a Mitchell wreck Friday.
21-year-old Min Chul Kwon, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered injuries to his arm and leg as well as a cut to his head when his car veered off the road and rolled multiple times.
