(MITCHELL, IN) - The Mitchell Police Department now has three suspects in the investigation of three reported break-ins of a Mitchell Tobacco Store.
According to police officials, several arrests are pending review of paperwork by the Lawrence County Prosecutor's Office consisting of two juveniles for conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary and theft, as well as one adult for theft.
Police say that the investigation is ongoing at this time and that more arrests are expected to be made.
Penny's Discount Tobacco Store was broken into on November 23rd, November 25th and November 26th.
Several cigarettes and cigars have been recovered from the break-ins.
