(BEDFORD, IN) - Officials from the Lawrence County Economic Growth Council recently handed over the keys of a new seven passenger van to the Grissom Airport.
Visiting pilots, passengers and businesses wishing to locate in Lawrence County will now have a new vehicle to use when arriving at the Grissom Airport.
The courtesy car will be used by pilots, passengers and business professionals for short errands.
The Economic Growth Council says that the airport is crucial to the promotion of economic development for our county and that was the main reason stepping up and providing the donation that bought the car.
The vehicle is believed to make the airport more appealing and more accessible.
