(UNDATED) - Hoosiers are being reminded to recycle all that used Christmas wrapping paper, plastic, glass and even the live Christmas tree.
It's estimated that there is a 25% increase in waste during the holiday season.
The Indiana Department of Environmental Management has a recycling data base online where people can find out where to take the leftover Christmas trash.
Local solid waste management districts that provide various recycling efforts are listed on the site.
