(BLOOMFIELD, IN) - One man was sent to the hospital following an eastern Greene County semi wreck that blocked traffic on State Road 45 for six hours.
The Thursday morning wreck occurred when 42-year-old Terry L. Genet's vehicle left the roadway and started down an embankment.
The vehicle then rolled onto its passenger side, slid and struck several mailboxes, coming to a rest off the west edge of the highway.
50 or more gallons of diesel fuel leaked from the tractor.
The highway has since been cleaned up and re-opened.
