(COLUMBUS, IN) - A Columbus man who set fire to his apartment, sending neighboring tenants jumping from their balconies, will spend ten years in prison for the crime.
29-year-old Lloyd Russell pleaded guilty to arson for the February fire that destroyed his Williamsburg Way Apartment and damaged three other units.
No one was seriously hurt in the blaze, but neighbors jumped from second- and third-story balconies to escape.
