(UNDATED) - Climate experts and conservationists say global warming is causing oddball winter weather in the Great Lakes region.
The report from the national wildlife federation says winter is becoming milder and shorter on average.
Bob Barr with IUPUI's Center for Earth and Environmental Science says the effect on Indiana will be the increased likelihood of devastating flooding due to runoff.
