Three Hospitalized Following Semi Collision

(NORTH VERNON, IN) - Three people are hospitalized after their pickup truck struck a semi on U.S. 50 in Jennings County late Friday afternoon.

Police say 33-year-old Kevin Jayne was driving eastbound on U.S. 50 when his truck crossed the center line and hit the semi head-on.

The truck then went back into the eastbound lanes and struck another pickup truck, driven by 29-year-old Corey Schultz.

The driver of the semi, 55-year-old James Malone, was not injured.

Police say the roads were covered in slush at the time of the crash.
