Fire Causes Heavy Damage But No Injuries

(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A mobile home fire in western Monroe County mobile home caused heavy damage to the structure, but no injuries over the weekend.

According to police reports, a neighbor saw smoke coming from an older model mobile home located on Gardner Road and called the fire department.

When fire crews arrived at the scene, the blaze had been contained to two rooms; it took the crews around 45 minutes to gain control of the fire.

The cause was unknown as of Saturday evening.
