(LOOGOOTEE, IN) - A Loogootee man was arrested early this morning for purchasing more than three grams of pseudoephedrine.
According to police reports, 46-year-old Robert E. Allbright was arrested when officers arrived at the man's residence to serve an arrest warrant for purchasing the pseudoephedrine when officers discovered several drug-related items inside the home.
Various items of methamphetamine and methamphetamine manufacturing paraphernalia were located.
The man was arrested and transported to the Martin County Jail.
He was arrested on a class A Felony due to the fact that the apartment was located less than 1000 feet from a pre-school.
