(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A Bloomington man is set to appear in a Greene County Court Friday for several drug-related charges.
Joshua S. Mace was arrested on February 3rd on preliminary charges of reckless possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor, and possession of a legend drug injection device, a class D felony.
The 29-year-old man is accused of possessing a hypodermic needle with the intent to use it to inject himself with oxycontin.
Police officials say that when the car was stopped, something was thrown under the vehicle.
A needle, a spoon and a Q-tip wrapped up in a tissue were found on the ground.
