(UNDATED) - The State Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Team returned home from Haiti on Valentine’s Day.
They were supposed to return two weeks ago but they stayed longer because their services were still in high demand.
EDS Director Jerry Larsen said the damage in Haiti was the worst he's ever seen.
Captain Geoffrey Crowell says that "the amount of devastation was beyond comprehension."
The team was welcomed by friends and family at the Indianapolis International Airport.
