(SEYMOUR, IN) - A Seymour man has been accused of soliciting sex from underage girls.
The 27-year-old was arrested at his home on Tuesday. Robert Swengel is now faces charges of attempted child rape, a Class A felony, and soliciting a prostitute, a Class D felony.
According to police officials Swengel's arrest began after he sent a text message soliciting sex to an undercover officer.
During the investigation, several text messages were exchanged between Swengel and the officer.
Many of the text messages mentioned specific ages of partners he was interested in and a dollar amount he was willing to pay the undercover officer for providing the girls.
He was booked into the Jackson County Jail.
