(SOLSBERRY, IN) - Two Greene County residents appeared in the Greene Circuit Court Friday afternoon facing numerous felony drug charges.
30-year-old Jonathan A. Robertson and Robertson's girlfriend, 35-year-old Tori A. Bell were arrested after officers executed a search warrant at the couple's home on Monday.
Police say that Robertson was the target of an investigation into ongoing sales of marijuana to several individuals.
At times when his residence was under surveillance, officers noted multiple vehicles arriving and then leaving after a short period of time.
When police searched the couple's home, officers allegedly found plastic baggies containing marijuana as well as a "brick" of marijuana.
Police say Bell attempted to dispose of a small baggie of methamphetamine at the home.
Both were booked into the Greene County Jail.
The two have been charged with several charges related to the posession and distribution of drugs.
Robertson has been charged with three counts of dealing in marijuana, all class D felonies, and possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent, all class D felonies for a total of six felony counts.
Bell has been charged with possession of methamphetamine, a class D felony, and possession of marijuana, also a class D felony.
