(SEYMOUR, IN) A 10-year-old Seymour Elementary School student is facing charges.
Police reports indicate that the child has been charged with possession of a knife on school property following an incident on a Seymour school bus.
Seymour Police Chief Bill Abbott says the incident occurred while a group of students where on the way to school when the child opened the knife on the bus and threatened the students.
The child was not arrested but is facing a charge against him.
The knife was confiscated as evidence by police.
