(SHOALS, IN) - A Martin County man was arrested Tuesday by the Daviess County Sheriff Department after leaving the scene of a property damage accident and battery to another by bodily waste.
Officials haven't specified what battery by bodliy waste exactly means.
25-year-old Demetrius Greer of Shoals was taken to the Daviess County jail.
