(BLOOMFIELD, IN) - One man was taken to the hospital following a six vehicle car wreck south of Bloomfield late Monday afternoon.
57-year-old Stephen C. Floyd of Bloomfield suffered head and neck pain in the wreck.
According to Greene County Sheriff's Deputy D. Leon Dunigan, the accident occurred at around 4:24PM at the intersection of U.S. 231 and State Road 58.
77-year-old Donald L. Black was eastbound on U.S. 231 when he was unsuccessful at stopping his vehicle wet pavement.
Black's vehicle then struck the car driven by Floyd causing a chain reaction to several other cars.
No other injuries were reported.
