(UNDATED) - Indiana law enforcement officers spent more than 9,000 hours of overtime towards a statewide crackdown on impaired, unrestrained and aggressive driving last month.
Approximately 475 alcohol-related arrests were made during the traffic safety effort.
Violations included failure to use seat belts, speeding, red light running, failure to properly restrain child passengers, and other moving violations.
More than 500 criminal arrests were made for various offenses.
