(OOLITIC, IN) - A Bedford man was arrested Thursday evening after police caught him dealing marijuana out of his car, in the parking lot of the Dollar General Store.
Oolitic Police Department received a phone call reporting the situation and during the course of the investigation, officers arrested an 18-year-old.
John Rogers was taken into custody after Officer Bill Allen detected a strong odor of marijuana.
Officer Allen's K-9 Shani alerted him that marijuana was detecting in the vehicle.
Rogers has been charged with dealing marijuana over 30 grams within 1000 feet of a school, possession of a schedule 4 controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, reckless possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal consumption of alcohol.
