(CRANE VILLAGE, IN) - A Martin County man was arrested on Thursday for forging information on his license plate.
Officers originally stopped Wade D. Johnson's vehicle for speeding just north of Crane Village in Martin County when he was found to be operating his vehicle while intoxicated with a prior offense, driving while suspended, and operating without financial responsibility.
After further investigating, police also noticed that Johnson had constructed a yellow 2010 expiration sticker in which he stuck on his license plate.
Johnson was taken to the Martin County Jail and was charged with felony Operating While Intoxicated and Forgery, also a felony.
