Elderly Bloomfield Man Struck, Killed By SUV

(BLOOMFIELD, IN) - An elderly Bloomfield man was struck and killed by an SUV Tuesday morning.

According to police reports, 81-year-old Estel McKamey was struck by the car while taking a stroll along Main Street near his home.

McKamey then became trapped beneath the car and was dragged a short distance.

Police say that the investigation is ongoing, but it is not clear on what caused Terri Hadley to lose control of her car and run over McKamey.
