(BEDFORD, IN) - State Police say that one man and two juveniles from Lawrence County have admitted to an attempted break in at a Dubois Store.
Police say that the incident occurred at Kalb's Store near the Dubois Crossroads early Thursday morning at around 4:20AM.
An alarm originally alerted the store's owner of the attempted burglary and upon arriving at the store, the owner watched a pickup truck leave the scene.
The owner then called police to inform them of the situation and gave them the pickup truck's license plate number.
The three male subjects were later detained near French Lick.
Jesse Jones and the two male juveniles, all of Bedford, were taken into custody.
The three were unable to enter the store and nothing was taken, however they did manage to break a glass door.
