Police Shooting Remains Under Investigation

(ELLETSVILLE, IN) - The shooting of an Ellettsville man by a town police officer is under investigation.

Deputy Marshal Alva Bohall was involved in the shooting of a 21-year-old man who was in a standoff with police Sunday night.

The man, who is being treated for "nonlife-threatening wounds," had pointed what was later discovered to be a plastic air-soft handgun at officers.
