(BLOOMFIELD, IN) - A Greene County man was sentenced to 35 years Tuesday afternoon with five years suspended.
67-year-old Jerry L. Kindred was convicted of child molesting in April, accused of molesting the same victim on two separate occasions.
A jury found Kindred not guilty on his first count of child molesting but guilty on the second.
The five years that were suspended will be served on probation after Kindred is released from the Indiana Department of Corrections.
