(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - Two Martinsville police officers who used a stun gun on a 10-year-old have been cleared of criminal wrongdoing.
Special Prosecutor David Powell recommends no charges be filed against Captain William Jennings and Officer Darren Johnson who answered a call to a day care center March 30th.
Powell's investigation finds the boy hit, kicked and spit on a caretaker at the center as well as kicking one of the officers as they attempted to subdue him.
