(MITCHELL, IN) - An elderly Mitchell man was arrested Tuesday morning for threatening to kill another man with a machete.
Police officials say that frustration between the two arose over a property line dispute.
75-year-old Robert Reynolds of Mitchell was charged with intimidation, resisting arrest and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
The dispute had been ongoing for some time and finally peaked on Tuesday when police received a call from the neighbor, informing them that Reynolds was "threatening to kill everyone with a large machete."
No one was injured during the incident. Reynolds was later booked into the Lawrence County Jail.
