(PAOLI, IN) - Three Orange County residents were arrested Wednesday evening for dealing methamphetamine.
According to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, 47-year-old Brian Emmons, 35-year-old Dale Coe and 41-year-old Michelle Bayless were taken into police custody facing charges of dealing methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.
Police received the report of a strong chemical smell coming from a trailer on State Road 37.
Once at the scene, officers were able to obtain enough evidence for a search warrant to be issued.
Orange County Sheriff Richard Dixon says that "this is another example of a concerned citizen providing information to law enforcement that otherwise wouldn't be known."
He states "the eyes of the citizens play a critical role in these types of cases."
