(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A 19-year-old is accused of stabbing a man outside a Bloomington apartment complex early Saturday morning and then fleeing into the woods.
Police say that Joshua Fender ditched the knife at a gas station on the way to the woods. He has since been arrested on a preliminary charge of attempted murder.
The victim of the stabbing informed police that he stepped outside his apartment to ask two men to step away from his car so they wouldn't damage it during an argument.
When he asked again, the two men attacked him.
