(UNDATED) - Hoosier kids are headed back to school and parents have some shopping to do.
Elementary age school children are always excited to get folders, pens and new clothes.
Parents we talked to said they will spend around one hundred dollars per kid.
Parents also take advantage of online shopping and off season deals, most said they aren't seeing great deals because of the recession.
Experts expect school spending to be up slightly this year.
