Man Arrested For Hidden Camera In Church Restroom

(ODON, IN) - A Daviess County man is facing charges after a camera was found inside the women’s restroom at an Odon church.

Officers were called to the Odon Christian Church on May 26th, after a woman found the camera hidden in a birdhouse decoration inside the restroom.

47-year-old Wayne Groves, a custodian for the church, was confronted about the camera.

Groves informed police that he had setup a camera around 6 times over the past few months, trying to video a particular person.

He was arrested for attempted voyeurism charges.
