(SEYMOUR, IN) - A Jackson County man is facing three counts of child seduction.
Police say that 51-year-old Raul Villa was arrested Friday following an investigation into his relationship with a 17-year-old girl.
Officials say that police rarely see cases where the charge of child seduction is requested from the prosecutor.
They state "that generally involves a person in a position of authority over a juvenile forcing themselves on the victim."
Child seduction is a Class D felony punishable from one to three years in prison.
