(NASHVILLE, IN) - The Indiana Attorney General’s Office is suing the owners of the Little Nashville Opry for refunds that haven’t been delivered to ticket-holders since the fire that destroyed the theatre September 19th, 2009.
The action, claiming that $80,000 in cash was destroyed in the fire, also seeks civil penalties that could amount to thousands of dollars.
Investigators have blamed the fire on arson, but the case remains unresolved.
