(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Police have cited the truck driver involved in a Friday afternoon fatal car wreck in Bloomington.
Although the investigation and toxicology reports are still pending, officials say that a gold Saturn and a white semi tractor trailer were both headed north on Highway 37 when the Saturn, driven by 31-year-old Charles A. Thacker, slowed to make a right turn when it was rear-ended by the semi.
The driver of the semi, 38-year-old Uriah A. Nevins of McCordsville received a citation for driving too fast to avoid a collision.
