(UNDATED) - More than 8,300 all hazards alert radios are being given to at-risk Hoosiers throughout the state.
The radios are being divided evenly among the counties and delivered to each county emergency management agency for distribution.
Indiana Department of Homeland Security Executive Director Joe Wainscott says, in most cases, those agencies are coordinating distribution with local community service organizations and government entities.
