(WILLIAMS, IN) - The investigation of a drive-by shooting on Stumphole Bridge Road near Williams continues.
Police say that the alleged shooting happened Tuesday afternoon and no arrests have yet been made.
Investigators say they have one suspect in the case and have turned the case over to the prosecutor's office to determine if charges will be filed.
It is believed that the alleged shooter and victim, Robert Thomas, knew each other.
No one was injured in the shooting; the bullet hit a fender on Thomas' station wagon.
