(BEDFORD, IN) - South-central Indiana business owners along the proposed expansion of I-69 are sounding off.
Greene County business owner Mark Adams says he contacted officials last year and was told the highway wouldn't go through his land near the intersection of Indiana 45 and Indiana 445.
But about 3 months ago, he called again.
The message was different this time. Adams is one of six business owners in Greene and Monroe counties that would be displaced by section four of I-69 between Indianapolis and Evansville.
Nothing is set in stone yet and Adams says it's a game of wait and see.
