(BEDFORD, IN) - Bedford Police are warning customers of German American Bank of a scam sweeping through the Bedford are this morning.
Bedford Police Department Chief Dennis Parsley tells WBIW News that the department began receiving phone calls about the scam this morning from more than ten Bedford residents.
Parsley says that citizens will receive an automated phone call asking them to confirm information on their German American Bank account.
The calls are being investigated at this time and are not actually from German American Bank.
