(UNDATED) - Despite a 9.5% national unemployment rate and a 10.2% unemployment rate in Indiana, many employers are having trouble finding qualified candidates for jobs.
The Career Builder and USA Today Mid-Year Job Forecast says that one in five employers still have positions for which they can't find qualified candidates.
Over Labor Day weekend, President Barack Obama stated there is no quick fix for the unemployment problem.
