Body Found In Monroe County Identified

(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - The identity of a body discovered almost two weeks ago in northern Monroe County on Friday has been released.

Monroe County Coroner Nicole Meyer confirms the body of 29-year-old Crystal Grubb was discovered following a police search for her.

Grubb was reported missing on Sunday, September 19th after family members hadn't heard from her and could not contact her.

She was last seen with a group of friends on Old State Road 37 when she is believed to have walked away from the group and into the woods.

Her body was found a few miles away.
