(UNDATED) - Experts say it has been one of the driest falls in memory and with little rain expected between now and the end of the month, it looks like Halloween could create a big scare for fires across Indiana.
Forrest "Tug" Sutton is the Director of the Johnson County Emergency Management Agency.
He says conditions have been so ripe for fires that several counties are under burn bans and many areas have been under a watch or warning.
