(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Investigators continue to search for information in finding the person responsible for the mysterious death of 29-year-old Crystal Grubb.
Grubb's story has gained national attention, including a segment on HLN's "Nancy Grace" show.
Police also have not specified how exactly the mother of two was murdered.
She was last seen by a group of friends when she is believed to have gotten into an argument with the group and walked away.
Two weeks later, Grubb's body was discovered wearing only underwear by a farmer tending to his fields.
Shelly Grubb claims that police did not take her niece's disappearance seriously until contacted by the "Nancy Grace" show.
Mike Pershing, chief deputy with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office disagrees, saying that officers began searching the day after the missing person report was filed.
Grubb's body was discovered two or three miles from where she was last seen.
Pershing says detectives have been working hard on the case and are seeking information from anyone who might have spotted a small, red car in the area of North Showers Road the night of September 18th.
Any information about Grubb's disappearance and death can be reported to the sheriff's department at 349-2780.
