(PAOLI, IN) - Trial dates have been scheduled for two men charged with the murder of 79-year-old Robert Collier.
Sterlen Keller and Marvin Noland appeared for their initial hearings Wednesday morning, each entering a plea of not guilty.
Authorities have not determined when Collier died, stating only that the incidents related to his death occurred "on or about the summer of 2010."
Orange County Police were called to check on Collier after after receiving a call from the Washington County Sheriff's Department.
Officers in Washington County had been informed of a rumor going around that Sterlen Keller and Marvin Noland were in possession of a stolen truck and that they had possibly killed a person.
Investigators discovered paperwork belonging to Collier, including Social Security checks, insurance papers, personal checks and papers from Edward Jones investments at Keller's residence.
