Brownstown Clerk-Treasurer To Spend 3 Years In Jail

(NEW ALBANY, IN) - A former southern Indiana Clerk-Treasurer will spend almost three years in prison for overpaying herself for four years.

56-year-old Rebecka Fee took in excess of $365,000 from the town of Brownstown while she served as Clerk-Treasurer.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young called the action "a crime of greed."
