(UNDATED) - Triple-A Hoosier Motor Club predicts this year’s Thanksgiving holiday period will involve more out-of-town travel than the one in 2009.
42.2 million people are expected to take Thanksgiving holiday trips, up 11% from last year.
Although economic conditions still aren't as robust as they were several years ago, it appears many people want to spend time with family during the holiday.
