(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Bloomington Police arrested an area pizza delivery driver after he sold a confidential informant black tar heroin three times in September.
Officers say that 23-year-old Brandon Sheffield of Elletsville was arrested while delivering pizza.
He was taken to the Monroe County Jail on preliminary charges of dealing a narcotic drug, possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a syringe.
A plastic bag full of syringes was discovered under the seat of the vehicle with a piece of paper that had what police believe to be heroin on it.
