(SEYMOUR, IN) - The Indiana Attorney General’s office has requested that the state Board of Dentistry hold a hearing to determine if the license of Seymour dentist Charles J. Durham should be suspended for 90 days.
According to court documents, Durham represents a "clear and immediate danger" to the public health if he is allowed to continue his practice as a dentist.
The debate began after Durham closed his office in Seymour in early September and removed everything from the building, including computers and patients records and has never returned.
