(BROWNSTOWN, IN) - Jackson County commissioners may soon join a growing list of Hoosier counties that have banned the possession and sale of synthetic marijuana.
Potential efforts by the Indiana General Assembly to ban the use and sale of Spice statewide are expected during the 2011 legislative session.
A proposed county ordinance would impose civil fines for anyone possessing, selling, marketing or offering to sell the synthetic marijuana within the county.
