(BLOOMFIELD, IN) - A Bloomfield commercial dog breeding operation is under investigation for tax evasion.
The Indiana Attorney General's Office seized more than 120 puppies and dogs from the love my pets operation in Greene County.
Attorney General Greg Zoeller claims owner Darlene Clark owes nearly $300,000 in sales tax from the sale of dogs and puppies that have gone unpaid for approximately nine years.
